Hatman Bread Co. was perhaps the most impulsive idea I came across. I discovered my love for making breads slowly and it blew up when I started making my own sourdough. Now I look at recipes and get myself in trouble. “How can I add my levain to this delicious piece of wheat and water?”

I’m constantly evolving, only gaining more experience. And I’m proud to be able to share this part of my journey and feed people.
